The 6th F & Unburdening the Exile: An IFS Workshop
Join our 2-day online IFS workshop where you'll refine your ability to reach and support exiles and move with more Self energy and skill through the unburdening process.
In this course, we will explore and deepen skills around moving from the protective system and protector parts to exiles and their burdens. You will gain a deeper understanding of how to move from the 6th F into the unburdening process and building a Self to part relationship with exiles. Further you will explore any therapist or practitioner parts that get activated around working with exiles and the unburdening process, which will lead to an ability to cultivate more Self energy within your sessions.

Saturday, September 27 & Sunday, September 28, 2025
8:00 AM – 1:30 PM PDT / 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM MST / 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- Format: Live Zoom sessions across two days
- Cost: $450 USD with payment plans available. Paying members of The Collective receive a 20% discount. Check out The Collective here.
- Credits: 9 CEs from NBCC are available, along with 7 IFS-specific CEs. IFS CEs apply only to those who have completed Level 1 training and are either established Certification Candidates or pursuing IFS Recertification.

Yes! you can choose a monthly payment plan at check out for 1, 2, 3, or 4 months.

Cancel up to 2 weeks before the workshop starts and you will get a full refund (subtracted $100 Admin fee). Anything less than 2 weeks there are no refunds.
