The Collective was started by IFS therapist Lorri Ballard & IFS practitioner Trevor Bird with the heartfelt intention to bring other professionals access and support to a model that has completely transformed their lives.
Private practice in any helping profession—though deeply meaningful—can sometimes feel like a solo journey. When so much of your energy goes into caring for others,
The Collective is a space where your professional journey is held within the strength of a larger community—helping you sustain your practice, expand your skills, and connect as you explore the healing potential of IFS in your work. Join us on your IFS journey to support yourself and others.
