For Gmail
- Check Your Spam Folder: If you see an email from us in Spam, open it and click "Report not spam."
- Open Google Contacts, click "Create Contact" and enter team@innerworldcollective.com and "Save."

For Outlook (Hotmail, Live, MSN, Office 365)
- Open an email from us, and click "It's not junk" at the top.
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) > View all Outlook settings.
Go to Junk email. Under Safe senders and domains, click "Add" and enter team@innerworldcollective.com and click "Save"
