A 4-hour IFS Introduction designed for therapists, coaches, and groups—learn the core concepts of parts and Self and develop a shared understanding of the IFS model.
This 4-hour introductory training is designed for therapists, coaches, and helping professionals who want a clear, experiential foundation in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. You’ll explore the core concepts of parts, Self, and system dynamics, gaining an understanding of the different types of parts—managers, firefighters, and exiles—and how they function within an internal system. Through live demonstrations and guided experiential practice, you’ll begin developing the skills to recognize Self-energy, relate to parts with curiosity and compassion, and integrate an IFS-informed lens into your client work. This course is open to individuals, and can also be booked privately for professional teams or practices upon request.

Develop clarity around the IFS model’s core principles and how they can deepen your understanding of clients and your own internal experience. You'll learn to view both yourself and others through an IFS lens, cultivate deeper empathy and a more nuanced understanding of the model.
