Time & space to connect with your wise inner source of healing.

A place to explore your parts through IFS in a group setting with sculpting (We are wounded in groups and groups is also where we heal!)

An opportunity for every group member to do a sculpt with their own parts and support others with their sculpt. All sculpt sessions facilitated by Lorri or Trevor.
